What this means in practice

You can use BioValue in commercial work, modify the engine for your firm’s internal models, fork it on GitHub, or embed it in another product. The only obligations are to preserve the copyright notice and the license text in any copies or substantial portions you redistribute.

The “AS IS” clause is important: BioValue is a research and analytical tool, not investment advice. The model produces estimates based on stated assumptions; real-world deal outcomes depend on factors the model does not capture (private information, strategic premiums, integration costs, regulatory surprises). Treat output as a starting point for diligence, not as a decision.
